What is it ?
From this page, you can obtain drawing information (number, title,
format...) in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, readable by MS-Excel.
The search criterium is the drawing number (use % as wildcard character).
Data
The data you obtain are arranged in many columns.
Once you obtain the list, you have to:
Delete the columns you are not interested in: select the columns and
choose Delete in the Edit menu .
Format your spreadsheet using the Autoformat facility
(in the Format menu ).
You are at CERN
Thanks to the CERN central PC configuration, MS-Excel should start
automatically using the appropriate way to display the CDD output.
You are not at CERN
You may obtain a window asking what to do with the CDD output.
In most of the cases, you can choose from "Pick Application" and "Save As".
Pick Application :
Locate MS-Excel on your computer.
Your system then should memorize it for further use.
Save As :
Indicate a file name with the .csv extension (ex: file.csv).
Start MS-Excel.
Open the saved file.
Note : you may also double-click the saved file.
