Archiving Errors

First correct the problem in the drawing using the list below, then reset the archiving error from the CDD "Reset" menu. The reset of the error will automatically start a new archiving of the drawing.

AutoCAD archiving errors

Error message	Error source
ACD erreur interne	An internal error in the AutoCAD archiving process, which normally has nothing to do with the drawing being archived. Please re-submit the drawing for archiving. Une erreur interne au processus d'archivage s'est produite. Merci de relancer l'archivage du plan.
ACD erreur indetermine (timeout)	Most likely there was an error in processing the file in AutoCAD, which could not be automatically determined. If the AutoCAD processing run cannot be completed within a certain time limit, this error is given. Try to open the drawing in AutoCAD to see if there are any errors and if so, fix them before attempting to re-archive. Il y a eu une erreur en traitant le fichier AutoCad qui ne peut être identifiée automatiquement. Si le processus n'a pas abouti après un certain délai cette erreur est générée. Ouvrir le plan dans AutoCad pour réparer les éventuels problèmes avant de relancer l'archivage.
ACD fichier n'est pas DWG	The file is not an AutoCAD dwg-file. The most common error is to submit an HP-GL plot file to be archived as a dwg-file. Le plan n'est pas un fichier dwg. S'assurer que le format est correct.
ACD fichier inexistant [nom-de-fichier]	The .dwg file was not found at the address indicated in CDD. The file may not be at the right place under the G:\ directory or may not be readable. A typical address is : G:\Workspaces\d\drawings \lhc\xelmx0\xelmx001.dwg Upload the file with CDD or CartWeb Le fichier .dwg n'est pas à l'adresse indiquée dans CDD. Le fichier n'est pas au bon endroit sur le répertoire G:\ ou n'est pas lisible. Une adresse typique est: G:\Workspaces\d\drawings \lhc\xelmx0\xelmx001.dwg Transférez le fichier avec CDD ou CartWeb.
ACD fichier est protege en ecriture [nom-de-fichier]	The file should be writable. May be opened by another user. Le fichier est protégé en écriture. Peut être en cours d'édition par un autre utilisateur.
ACD cartouche inexistant ou n'est pas standard	The drawing has no cartouche or the current cartouche does not follow the CERN requirements. Le plan ne comporte pas de cartouche, ou alors le cartouche ne correspond pas au modèle CERN.
ACD dessin n'a pas ete sauvegarde	Maybe there is a wrong protection on the G:\ directory. Vérifier les droits d'accès sur le répertoire G:\
ACD dessin n'a pas ete trace	AutoCAD plot error, check with the AutoCAD support. (http://cad) Erreur d'impression AutoCad, contacter le support AutoCad. (http://cad)
ACD dessin n'a pas ete libere	The drawing's frame and cartouche are frozen. Le format du plan et le cartouche du plan sont bloqués.
ACD erreur cadre	One or more of the variables used to store the frame position are incorrectly set. How to correct? Une ou plusieurs des variables qui sont utilisées pour stocker la position du cartouche ne sont pas correctement définies. Comment corriger?
ACD erreur echelle	The scale value inside the cartouche could not be decoded or there is no scale value in the cartouche. If the drawing has no scale, just put the - character for the main scale. Impossible de lire l'échelle du cartouche. Si le plan n'a pas d'echelle, mettre le symbole - pour l'échelle principale.
ACD incoherence nom de fichier [nom-de-fichier]	The file name in the cartouche does not follow the CERN rules. Le nom de fichier dans le cartouche ne répond pas aux règles CERN.
ACD incoherence numero acd: EDMS:	The drawing number in the cartouche is not the same as the one stored in CDD/EDMS. Correct the problem by running Cartweb once on the drawing. Le numéro de plan indiqué dans le cartouche n'est pas le même que celui qui est stocké dans CDD/EDMS.
ACD incoherence indice acd: EDMS:	The revision index in the cartouche is not the same as the one in CDD/EDMS for the given drawing. L'indice de révision du cartouche n'est pas le même que celui qui est indiqué dans CDD/EDMS.

ACD fichier a une taille nulle [nom-de-fichier]	AutoCAD file is empty or too small to be a dwg-file. Le fichier AutoCad est vide ou trop petit pour être un fichier dwg.
ACD fichier a un probleme cartouche [nom-de-fichier]	There were problems either with the title block (cartouche) or part list (nomenclature). The main reason for this error is a problem with the part list, missing positions, double positions, lines with no position number. Use CartWeb to correct the problems and re-submit the drawing. This problem mainly concerns some old drawings with title block data created with tools existing before CartWeb. Il y a eu des problèmes avec le cartouche ou avec la nomenclature. La cause la plus probable pour cette erreur est liée à la nomenclature, soit une case "POS" non renseignée, soit renseignée en double, soit une ligne qui manque completement. Utiliser Cartweb pour corriger puis re-soumettre le plan à l'archivage.

Catia archiving errors

CAT erreur interne: mauvais format	Drawing format in Catia is not one of A0-A4. This error should never happen unless the drawing has been corrupted or the title block has been manipulated using other tools than CartWeb. Le format du plan dans Catia n'est pas un A0, A1, A2, A3 ou A4. Cette erreur peut apparaître lorsque le plan est corrompu ou si le cartouche a été modifié manuellement.

PDF dessin hors format	The drawing was declared as "out of format" in CDD. Only standard ISO formats are supported (A0-A4). Le plan à été declaré hors format dans CDD. Seuls les formats ISO (A0 à A4) sont supportés.
PDF orientation n'est pas compatible avec format [format ISO]	Drawings declared in CDD as A0-A3 must have landscape orientation. Format A4 requires portrait. Les plans comportant les formats A0 à A3 dans CDD doivent êtres orientés horizontalement. Les plans A4 verticalement.
PDF dimensions ne sont pas compatibles avec format [format ISO]	The height/width ratio of the drawing must be close enough to the standard ISO A-sizes. Le rapport hauteur/largeur du plan doit être proche du standard ISO A.
PDF erreur interne: tampon hors page	An internal error in the PDF stamper program. Report to CAD support (http://cad). Une erreur interne dans le programme qui appose les tampons sur les plans PDF. Contacter le support CAO. (http://cad)

HPGL archiving errors

Not recognized as a HPGL file	The file is not an HPGL file. The most common error is to submit a dwg or a pdf file. Le plan n'est pas un fichier HPGL. Une erreur classique est de soumettre un fichier dwg ou pdf.
Declared as <CDD format> - file size not recognized (L x l mm)	Check and correct the uploaded HPGL file. Vérifier et corriger le fichier transféré.
Declared as <CDD format> - file (L x l mm) identified as <one of the standard formats>	Check and correct the uploaded HPGL file. Perhaps an update of the format in CDD is necessary. Vérifier et corriger le fichier transféré. Une mise à jour du format dans CDD peut être nécessaire.
