Archiving error:  Cannot generate HPGL file

How to correct:

1- The first thing to do is to request a HPGL2 file of the drawing from Consult to check that it looks correct. (view positioning, frames sizes and positions, title blocks, etc...)

Start Consult and call a hpgl2 file of the drawing. The procedure is listed below.

(be careful to use the euclid drawing name (e.g. B0011164PL, and not the CDD drawing id.)

   a- Select the menu "Shortname ending in PL (drawing) and MQ (3D model)"

   b- Submit euclid drawing number.

c- Select "2D IMAGE FILE".

d- Select HPGL2 format.

e- Wait for the file. Consult will send it to you in a short while.

It is possible to view the status of your request from the web page. See below.

Then check visually that the HPGL2 drawing is correct. In case of failure, please send a request to CAD support. (http://cad)

2- Integrate the dimension table (dimen 22b) into the euclid drawing.

GESTION/FIN --> B.D. --> RAPPEL MULTIPLE
Select PROJET and call (using alphanumeric mode) the standard "4000"
Retrieve object named dimen22b

GESTION B.D. --> INTEGRER TC --> select the drawing --> select DIMEN22B

3- Reset Archiving Error from CDD.

4- Should the archiving failed again, please contact CAD support. (http://cad)
